# clsLegalPersons

`clsLegalPersons` is the row model loaded by `clsLegalPersonList`. It stores the name parts and `LegalPersonID` for one legal-person lookup entry and is populated from a `clsResultSet.DataRow` before the list returns ALJ choices to callers.

## Purpose

- Hold the name fields and numeric identifier for one legal-person lookup row.
- Provide an `ILoadable` implementation so `clsLegalPersonList` can materialize result-set rows into managed business objects.
- Preserve the `LegalPersonID` key that callers use after a list selection is made.
